Your missions :
Within the tax department, reporting to the Finance Division, you contribute to defining and implementing the Group’s international tax strategy in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
1. Contribution to International Tax Strategy
Participate in defining and evolving the Group’s international tax strategy, including transfer pricing aspects
Analyze the tax implications of strategic projects (M&A, product launches)
2. Operational Monitoring and Adjustments
Monitor the performance of Group entities against defined policies and analyze discrepancies between actual and target margins
Contribute to the calculation and management of year-end adjustments to ensure alignment with Group policy
3. Documentation and Tax Risk Management
Prepare and draft transfer pricing documentation (Master file, Local files, CbCR)
Your profile :
Technical Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in international taxation and/or transfer pricing (consulting firm or in-house)
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school with a specialization in finance or taxation
Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of data
Strong foundation in financial analysis (income statement, margins)
Good understanding of international tax concepts (value chains, profit allocation, ETR)
Fluent English required (regular interaction with subsidiaries)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and structuring abilities
Intellectual curiosity and interest in strategic tax topics
Ability to step back and grasp complex issues
Business mindset and understanding of operational challenges
Strong interpersonal skills with international stakeholders (finance, leadership, operations)
Location
Hybrid position based in Libourne (near Bordeaux)
