Internship - Recruitment and School Relations intern (H/F) - July 2023

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe des Ressources Humaines afin de la soutenir sur les besoins de recrutement de l'entreprise.

Depuis Paris vous travaillerez notamment sur besoins en stagiaires et apprentis France & Europe avec les deux chargés de recrutement actuels.

Vos principales missions seront :

Centralisation des demandes de recrutement de stagiaires et d'apprentis,

Rédaction et mise en forme des fiches de poste,

Sourcing et tri des candidatures,

Vous aurez également l'occasion de travailler sur divers projets de ressources humaines (coordination d'événements écoles, administration du personnel, entretiens d'arrivée/de sortie des stagiaires, etc.)

You will join the Human Capital team to help them mainly on the the company's recruitment. You will work from the Paris office and work on France & European intern and apprentice needs with the two current recruitment officers.

You main missions will be:

Centralisation of intern & apprentice recruitment requests,

Writing and formatting of recruitment job descriptions,

Sourcing and sorting of intern applications,

You will also have an opportunity to work on various Human Resources projects (staff administration, Intern arrival/exit interviews, event coordination, etc.).

Vous préparez actuellement un Master avec un attrait pour les ressources humaines,

Excellentes capacités de communication et de rédaction,

Bonne connaissance du pack MS Office

Vous avez un niveau courant en français et un bon niveau en anglais (oral et écrit).

Currently preparing a Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources,

Excellent communication and written skills,

Good knowledge of MS Office Pack,

You have a fluent level in French and English (oral & written).
