About the role
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly accomplished sales professional to join us as Director Sales (w/m/d) focussing on clients in the UK und supporting our continued growth in this market. You will be at the forefront of client relationships, business origination & deal execution, specializing in UK based cross-over and investment grade large corporates. Your role will be instrumental in driving the direction and harnessing valuable client partnerships and business relationships. Furthermore, you will be realising new-to-bank opportunities in close collaboration with our Partner Management team.
Your main tasks
Expanding cflox’s presence in UK together with the team
Acquisition of new clients
Utilizing existing contacts to place our solutions and building on the existing network
Engaging with C-Level decision-makers or Head of Finance/Treasury to position cflox solutions through market and company analysis, strategic value-based selling, specific visionary POV, references, and analyst data
Responsibility for the entire sales cycle: discovery, value positioning, presentation, negotiations, and contract closure
Close collaboration with cflox departments such as Sales, Business Development, Client & Bank Integration, Marketing, Operations, and our partners to ensure customer success
Representing cflox at national and international trade fairs and events
Your skills
You are an enthusiastic sales personality and have a passion to win the support of owners and senior decision makers at prospective clients for the cflox solutions and develop long-term partnerships. For that, you leverage your quick grasp of complex information as well as strong communication skills to understand client needs and challenges, and to offer tailored solutions. In addition, you bring:
A successfully completed degree, e.g. in economics, business administration, or a comparable field
Demonstrated technical proficiency in working capital/supply chain finance solutions and a proven track record of high performance
Comprehensive understanding of the corporate banking, trade finance, working capital and supply chain finance product suite
An established record in origination of new clients in the large corporate segment
Developed negotiations skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
Strong project management and transaction execution skills
The ability to build strong internal relationships with stakeholders, especially with our Hamburg based head office teams
Professional presentation and strong influencing skills
Fluency in English; German is not mandatory but would be a +
