Personal Training Counselor

Are you a charismatic go-getter with a passion for fitness and a knack for sales? If so, we want YOU to be the face of our gym as a Personal Training Counselor!

We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness who want to use their knowledge to sell our personal training services, as well as help connect members to the right trainer and training program for their fitness needs. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed.

The Personal Training Sales Counselor position is a critical role for our members' fitness success plan!

Responsible for the overall growth performance and member experience of our

Personal Training Programs.

Spearhead sales, marketing, and strategic planning of Personal Training services.

Collaborate with Fitness Sales staff to set up training assessments for new and existing members.What does an ideal candidate look like?
