General Profile

Performs routine assignments at entry level within the accounting function. Gains exposure to fundamental accounting principles, with a specific focus on fixed assets (cespiti). Develops competence through structured tasks and hands-on support in setting up administrative and accounting processes. Works under supervision, following established procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Support the setup and organization of assets accounting framework for the new facility in Treviso

Help classify and track company assets (e.g. machinery, equipment, buildings)

Support the definition and application of capitalization and amortization rules

Collaborate in preparing documentation for internal and external audits

Contribute to improving processes related to accounting

Support and contribute to the improvement of other Finance processes and activities

Assist the Finance team with daily tasks and administrative/accounting activities

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
