About the Opportunity

As a Warehouse & Allocation Specialist Europe, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout our European supply chain. Working closely with internal teams and third-party logistics partners, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage allocation activities, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple European locations.

This is a dynamic role for a supply chain professional who enjoys analyzing data, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

Advanced level of English and Spanish

Dutch or Portuguese language is an advantage

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help drive operational excellence across our European warehousing and allocation network by:

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

Overseeing warehousing activities within ERP systems to support efficient operations.

Monitoring inventory levels and warehouse flows across European warehouse and cooler locations.

Supporting operational processes to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners to maintain service levels and operational efficiency.

Allocation Management

Managing the allocation process across Europe to ensure optimal product availability and customer service.

Monitoring and optimizing allocation decisions to maximize resource utilization.

Supporting allocation activities during peak periods and participating in weekend shift rotations when required.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Tracking key operational KPIs related to quality, service, cost, safety, and sustainability.

Analyzing warehouse performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Developing reports, providing operational insights, and recommending process enhancements.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network.

Stakeholder Management

Acting as a key point of contact between Driscoll’s and third-party logistics providers.

Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensuring clear communication and alignment on operational priorities and performance expectations.

Cost Control & Administration

Monitoring operational expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Managing invoice processing for Northern European warehouse operations.

Supporting budgeting and cost optimization activities within the logistics network.

Projects & Development

Supporting the implementation of new supply chain projects and operational improvements.

Assisting with system, process, and workflow developments across the organization.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proactive and analytical supply chain professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.

Dutch or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.

Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Oracle is an advantage.

Experience in a multinational FMCG environment is beneficial.

Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
