Job Purpose

Improve the efficiency and quality of the production process with TPM methodology, together with the Production, Technical, Engineering/Maintenance and Quality Departments.

Job Dimensions & Scope

Site AF Alzira: 300 FTEs, revenue € 130 M

Part of a 7-BU local team

Direct reporting line to Opex Manager.

Principal Accountabilities

Implementation of Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production.

Application of methodologies of Analysis and problem solving.

Training for members of the production teams.

Leadership and/or support in improvement meetings.

Data Analysis.

Implementation of minor projects and reapplication of improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Formal Qualifitacions and Experience needed:

Technical/Industrial Engineering.

2-3 years in similar position in Continuous Process Industry, or Food.

Advanced English (B2).

Office, Power BI, SAP.

Desirable Technical Competencies:

Knowledge of TPM/IWS.

Project management,

Change management,

Root cause analysis.

Formal Qualifitacions and Experience desirable:

Knowledge of Maintenance.

Knowledge of Food Quality and Safety.

Reengineering.

Design of experiments.

Digital knowledge / Power-bi.

Valuable experience in PowerBI, SAP

Specific Skills and Abilities:

Other important information

Incorporation into a multidisciplinary Team during the implementation of the TPM/IWS work methodology, coinciding with Investment and Innovation activity.
