Your Role

As Country Manager IDD-Parts NL, you will take full ownership of the Dutch business. You drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence while leading and developing a high-performing team.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position where you directly impact business success.

What You’ll Do

Business & Strategy

Drive sales growth and profitability in the Dutch market

Define and execute the country strategy aligned with overall business objectives

Own and manage the full P&L

Develop budgets, forecasts, and mid-term business plans

Identify opportunities and implement continuous improvements

Operations

Oversee daily operations including logistics, warehousing, and assembly

Ensure efficient processes and performance across the business

Take corrective action where needed to ensure targets are met

Commercial Leadership

Lead the sales team and account managers

Manage and grow key accounts

Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop your team

Manage recruitment, performance, and talent growth

Motivate your team to achieve both individual and company goals

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience

Minimum 8 years of sales and management experience

Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g. AX), BI tools, and MS Office

Fluent in Dutch and English
