About the role
Join Macquarie Asset Management's Real Assets team as a Junior Associate, and take ownership of multiple responsibilities including supporting the existing Investments teams with their workload as required, and ensure consistent co-ordination across transactions, reporting and team events.

What role will you play?
In this role you will support a variety of transactions, asset management, reporting, and events tasks. This will include providing transaction administration support throughout the M&A lifecycle, such as vendor onboarding, coordinating non-disclosure agreements, setting up and managing contracts, handling KYC requirements, and supporting reporting and data management.
You will also coordinate reporting by acting as a central point of contact for internal and offshore requests, maintaining reporting templates, working across fund teams, and helping streamline reporting processes and systems. In addition, you will support events and programme delivery by assisting with the coordination of Macquarie Asset Management’s flagship leadership events, including managing content and speakers, organising delegate logistics, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to post-event reporting while working closely with senior leaders and specialist teams across the business.
What you offer
Qualified chartered accountant, with an ability to understand complex structures and transactions
3-4 years’ experience working in the M&A and/or asset management industry in a deal team support role
Organisation and excellent time management skills
The ability to work well under pressure, manage a high workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively
Resourceful and able to work independently as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills
Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
