We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Fast Food Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store and support the continued success and growth of the business. Full Job Description The Fast Food Store Manager will be responsible for organising, managing and controlling the overall operations of McDonald’s Cooma. The successful candidate will ensure that the store operates efficiently, maintains high service standards, manages staff effectively and achieves business performance objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, customer service focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced fast food environment. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing stock and financial records, supporting marketing and promotional activities, maintaining service standards and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: ● Determining the appropriate product mix, stock levels and service standards to meet customer demand and business requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
