About the role

Role Title: Implementation Manager – Uplift Operating Model (UOM)

Location: Gurugram, India

Role Purpose

The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in executing FNZ’s Uplift Operating Model (UOM) by supporting the continued growth and expansion of the India Centre. The role ensures end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and delivery of capability build‑out activities, including workforce onboarding, knowledge transfer, operational ramp‑up, and seamless integration into the India operating model.

The position sits within the India Transformation Office and directly supports the India centre growth workstream, working closely with HR, Regional Leads, L&D, Delivery, India Setup, and Global Footprint teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. India Centre Growth Planning & Execution

Support execution of capability expansion plans for India centre, ensuring alignment with UOM L1/L2 plans and regional business requirements.

Coordinate with regional teams on demand forecasting, onboarding timelines, KT plans, and readiness milestones.

Maintain tracking of growth progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions across regions.

2. Workforce Onboarding & Capability Ramp-up

Develop and oversee detailed onboarding plans, including L&D requirements, training schedules, and structured KT sessions supporting new capability build‑out.

Liaise with HR, L&D, and Delivery Managers to ensure new joiners achieve targeted proficiency and productivity levels.

Ensure adherence to India Centre hiring, onboarding, and compliance processes under Workday and internal governance standards.

3. Stakeholder Management

Serve as the India Centre Growth workstream’s point‑of‑contact for regional heads, HR partners, programme PMO, and capability leads.

Prepare updates and insights for governance forums including SteerCo, Risk Committee, and Transformation Office meetings.

Maintain alignment with India centre operating principles and relevant legal/HR guidelines.

4. RAID, Reporting & Analytics

Maintain RAID logs related to onboarding, capability build‑out, and India Centre expansion.

Track KPIs including: India L&D readiness, FTE ramp-up, onboarding throughput, client-consent‑dependent milestones, capability readiness milestones, and overall growth velocity.

Contribute to Power BI dashboards for hiring, attrition backfill, and India Centre build‑out tracking.

Skills & Experience Required

Experience

5–10 years of experience in programme delivery, implementation management, PMO, or large‑scale workforce or capability build‑out programmes.

Experience coordinating multi‑regional teams and stakeholders.

Background in IT delivery, operations, transformation, or consulting preferred.

Core Skills

Strong project and implementation management capability.

Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

Ability to manage RAID, governance packs, and structured reporting.

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments undergoing transformation.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Agile or domain-based delivery models.

Familiarity with Workday or similar frameworks.

Prior involvement in large‑scale capability expansion or operational ramp‑up initiatives.
