Position: Diet Relationship Manager Department: Nutrition & Wellness Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Agreement Period: 2 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Diet Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure high-quality patient support, and supervise the Diet Counselor team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills with the ability to maintain long-term client satisfaction.
Training Details
Training Duration: 5–7 Days
Training Type: Unpaid
Training Location: Chandigarh
Salary: Starts after successful completion of training
Key Responsibilities
Handle client consultations and follow-ups over calls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their wellness journey.
Address client concerns, queries, and ensure timely resolutions.
Supervise and manage the Diet Counselor team working under your leadership.
Monitor counselors' daily performance and ensure quality client service.
Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, and clinic staff for seamless patient management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up schedules.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly client engagement and performance targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Nutrition/Healthcare background preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, Team Handling, Wellness, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM).
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
