This is what you will do
The IT Application Manager & Functional Business Analyst – Finance partners with Finance stakeholders (Accounting, Controlling and Treasury) and Project Portfolio Management teams to translate business needs into effective IT solutions. The role focuses on functional analysis, application ownership and solution evolution, with limited involvement in project activities mainly related to feasibility studies.
You will be responsible for
Act as a trusted IT partner for Finance stakeholders.
Collect and analyze business requirements for the evolution of Finance applications.
Support the definition of future (“to be”) processes and functional solutions.
Manage finance and PPM applications across their lifecycle, ensuring stability, compliance and continuous improvement, monitoring also their performance and adoption.
Contribute to feasibility studies, impact assessments and solution evaluations.
Support testing, documentation, change management and handover to support teams.
Ensure adequate documentation and support change management activities to facilitate adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in line with ICT governance.
You will need to have
5+ years of experience in IT roles, preferably as functional analyst and/or application manager
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific disciplines
English minimum B2 level
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting processes and their governance, adoption and lifecycle management
Proven experience in PPM tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet,Jira,..)
Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset and ability to work in international teams
Clear communication and customer-oriented approach
Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude
We would prefer for you to have
Functional experience on SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, TR)
Functional experience in Treasury Management Systems
Location
Parma Headquarters with occasional international travel (up to 10%)
Compensation Range
The minimum salary for this role is €46.800, aligned to our established salary framework. The final offer will reflect the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
This role is eligible to participate in an annual bonus scheme, subject to company and individual performance.
