Operations Manager – Housing Strategy

(Town Hall, South Shields)

£53,460 pa

You will advise the Head of Housing Strategy and Regulation, plus wider officers, on regional and sub-regional housing policy and statutory guidance in order to develop an effective Housing Strategy and related strategies and policies.

You will manage a small team to ensure the development and delivery of the Housing Strategy and related policies. You will work with colleagues through a co-ordinated corporate effort to maximise opportunities and resources to deliver the Council’s Vision.
