We offer a flexible hybrid working approach, with 2 days per week spent at our Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber and 3 days working remotely from home.

Main responsibilities

Design and prototype new website pages that support traditional search, AI search, AI Overviews and paid landing page opportunities.

Create user-focused layouts that help customers find information, compare options and take the next step with confidence.

Run user research and testing before designs move into development, helping validate whether pages are likely to resonate and perform.

Use desk research, competitor analysis, customer insight and analytics data to inform design decisions.

Evaluate and recommend multiple design options, considering performance, usability, accessibility and commercial impact.

Work closely with SEO, PPC, Content, Analytics and Marketing teams to turn opportunities into clear design solutions.

Coordinate with developers to ensure design specifications are understood and implemented accurately.

Identify and work through technical constraints, balancing user needs, business goals and development requirements.

Bring inspiration from market-leading products, competitor experiences and emerging technologies into the design process.

Continuously improve existing pages based on user behaviour, performance data and business priorities.

About You

4+ years’ experience in UX design, digital product design or website design.

Proven experience producing wireframes, prototypes and high-quality page designs.

Experience running user research, usability testing or design validation before development.

Strong understanding of customer journeys, accessibility, usability and responsive design.

Experience using analytics, desk research and performance data to shape design decisions.

Experience designing landing pages or digital experiences that support SEO, PPC or conversion performance.

Confident presenting design options, explaining recommendations and taking feedback from stakeholders.

Experience working closely with developers and handing over clear design specifications.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
