Dans le cadre d’un départ à la retraite nous recherchons un(e) analyste achat pour rejoindre l’équipe achat et approvisionnement de 8 personnes. Notre équipe pilote un panel de plus de 200 fournisseurs en France et à l’international. Rattaché(e) à la responsable des achats, vous contribuez au pilotage de la performance achats, en apportant un support analytique et opérationnel aux acheteurs.

Votre quotidien

Après une période d’intégration et de formation à nos outils et process, Vous êtes garant(e)de la fiabilité des données et contribuez à l’efficacité du processus achats.

Gestion des données fournisseurs & documentation

Maintenir et garantir la fiabilité des données fournisseurs et des références articles (PN) dans l’ERP (nous utilisons M3)

Créer et mettre à jour les fiches fournisseurs et articles dans l’ERP

Assurer la mise à jour et la conformité de nos fournisseurs avec les réglementations en vigueur

Reporting et analyse

Suivre et Analyser les variations de coûts des nomenclatures, de nos stocks, de notre indice achat)

Consolider les indicateurs de performance de nos fournisseurs

Reporting mensuel des variations de stock achats

Supports opérationnels aux équipes

Préparer les supports de réunions avec nos fournisseurs

Apporter un support aux approvisionneurs

Réaliser des analyses chiffrées à la demande

Vous travaillez en interaction avec les équipes Finance, Qualité fournisseurs et Supply Chain.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+2 minimum et avez une expérience de 2/3 dans un service achats, supply chain. Vous avez développé une bonne vision de la fonction achat. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de reporting et de gestion fournisseurs (Excel, ERP). La connaissance d’un ERP est indispensable.

Nos fournisseurs étant en France et à l’étranger. La maitrise du français et un niveau d’anglais technique (B1) est requis sur ce poste.

Vous avez le goût des chiffres, de l’analyse et le sens de détail. Vous savez structurer et présenter une information. Vous avez la capacité à mener plusieurs sujets en parallèle et faites preuve de réactivité. N’hésitez pas à envoyer votre CV.

As part of a retirement replacement, we are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team of 8 in Purchasing and Supply Chain. Our team manages a panel of more than 200 suppliers in France and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Purchasing, you will contribute to driving procurement performance by providing analytical and operational support to buyers.

Your mission

Following an onboarding period and training on our tools and processes, you will be responsible for ensuring data reliability and supporting the efficiency of procurement operations.Supplier Data & Documentation Management

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of supplier data and item references (PN) in the ERP system (M3)

Create and update supplier and item master data in the ERP

Ensure supplier documentation is up-to-date and compliant

Reporting & Analysis

Track and analyze cost savings and supplier performance

Prepare monthly reports on purchasing stock variations

Operational Support to Teams

Prepare materials for supplier review meetings

Support planners (monitoring supplier order acknowledgements)

You will work closely with Finance, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Your profile

Minimum 2-year degree (Associate/Bachelor level) with 2–3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain

Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain flows

Comfortable using reporting tools and systems (advanced Excel, ERP)

Experience with an ERP system is required (M3 is a plus)

Fluency in French and a technical level of English (B1 minimum)

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to structure and present information clearly

Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
