Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce CPQ testing, automation testing, and validating complex Quote-to-Cash business processes. This role requires hands-on expertise with Salesforce applications, automation frameworks, and Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce CPQ applications.

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or equivalent automation tools.

Validate Salesforce CPQ Quote-to-Cash processes, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, amendments, renewals, and order generation.

Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning applications.

Validate Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and business workflows.

Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Support distributed offshore/onshore teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.

Minimum 2 years of automation testing experience on the Salesforce platform.

Hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Experience with Selenium or equivalent automation tools.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience working with distributed or offshore/onshore teams.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
