About the role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices in Python and/or Golang

Design and implement data pipelines, automation workflows, and AI-powered Chatbot solutions

Build and enhance chatbots and GenAI-based applications (LLMs, prompt design, integrations)

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code

Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of applications

Develop and maintain unit test cases and integration tests

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, database teams)

Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of systems

Required Skills

Solid experience in Python / Golang backend development and system design

Good understanding of AI/ML, data science, and machine learning frameworks

Hands-on exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, chatbot frameworks)

Experience with chatbot development and quality evaluation

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing tools

Familiarity with Linux commands and environments

Understanding of testing, debugging, and writing unit test cases

Experience with version control (Git) and agile practices

Working knowledge of Golang with strong interest to learn and grow in Golang ecosystem

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
