What You'll Do

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct HR screening calls

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases

Assist with onboarding activities

Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations

Who Can Apply?

Freshers, students, and recent graduates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
