Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Angular & Next.js Team Lead to lead frontend development, mentor the team, and build scalable, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Angular & Next.js developers.
Take complete ownership and accountability for project delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications.
Drive frontend architecture, code quality, and best practices.
Plan, assign, track, and document all tasks and deliverables.
Handle multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
Ensure timely delivery, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Angular, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Ownership mindset with excellent tracking and reporting skills.
