Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the process.

Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, account managers, and client stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS, trackers, and internal systems.

Partner with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role requirements.

Support multiple searches at once while meeting deadlines and recruitment targets.

Track recruitment activity, pipeline status, and key metrics to provide regular updates to the team.

Represent Amalga professionally with candidates and support a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume environments.

Advanced English level required C1 or higher, with excellent written and spoken communication.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and priorities at the same time.

Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with deadlines, hiring targets, and fast-changing priorities.

Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, or recruitment trackers.

Professional communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.

Must be available to work full-time on-site in Monterrey.

Nice to Have:

Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients.

Experience in nearshoring, staffing, BPO, legal, sales, finance, or IT recruitment.

Experience managing high-volume pipelines for operational or bilingual roles.

Experience working with recruitment metrics, daily updates, and hiring targets.

Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OCC, or similar sourcing tools.
