Project Coordinator (Semiconductor)

Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate efficient departmental processes, documentation control, and internal coordination.

Assist in budget planning, expense monitoring, and financial reporting activities to support project and departmental objectives.

Maintain accurate records, data trackers, and management reports while ensuring information is updated and readily accessible.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, monitor progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, budget management, financial tracking, or project administration .

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
