About the role

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support customer programs and drive cross-functional coordination within the Flex PCB / electronics manufacturing industry. This role serves as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, operations, and manufacturing to support new product development, quotations, project execution, and ongoing production support.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PCB/Flex PCB manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding current and new programs

Manage customer relationships and support new business opportunities

Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Prepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and cost reduction initiatives

Review customer design requirements and coordinate DFM/DRC feedback

Support project planning activities, milestones, and delivery schedules

Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions

Coordinate issue resolution between customers, suppliers, overseas teams, and internal departments

Support Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) activities and DOE coordination

Drive process improvement, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives

Prepare forecasts and support program reporting activities

Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationships

Gather industry trends and competitive market information

Coordinate conference calls and project updates with global teams as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB/Flex PCB manufacturing, engineering, program management, or related industries

Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, BOMs, electronic schematics, and manufacturing processes

Experience supporting customer programs within electronics manufacturing environments

Familiarity with AutoCAD, ECAM, or related engineering software

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Flex PCB (FPCB/FPBC) manufacturing processes

Customer-facing experience including presentations, meetings, and project coordination

Experience supporting moderately complex manufacturing or engineering programs

Experience working with overseas suppliers and global teams

Compensation
