Key Responsibilities

Market and place IT consultants across the US staffing market, including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC candidates.onblick+1

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to generate placement opportunities.linkedin+1

Source suitable client requirements through vendor networks, job portals, and professional connections.indeed+1

Submit consultant profiles to matching requirements and follow up consistently for feedback and interview status.glassdoor+1

Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and closure conditions with clients and vendors.indeed+1
