Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
Follow up with candidates and ensure a positive experience
Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
Requirements:
HSC / Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
