How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Focuses on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes while addressing first-level escalations. Key responsibilities include designing and reviewing operational controls for financial reporting, managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, and collaborating with Onshore and Offshore stakeholders. Involves reviewing journal entries and reconciliations for multiple geographies, assisting with management reporting as per SLAs, resolving reconciliation open items, and monitoring team performance metrics.
Professionals in this group work as fully contributed team member under broad supervision.
They further build up on domain expertise along with technical skills.
They work on complex projects which are not similar or routine based using standard concepts and principles using their knowledge and judgement.
They require a professional degree along with many years of work experience and are responsible for coaching/mentoring junior team members.
About you
Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
