Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

2. Sales & Customer Service

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

3. Team Management

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.

Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

4. Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts.

Minimize stock losses, damages, and shrinkage.

Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and display of merchandise.

5. Financial Management

Manage store budgets and control operating expenses.

Handle cash management, banking, and financial reporting.

Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Implement actions to improve profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
