Could you be the full-time Components Subsystem Manager in Coimbatore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates.

You'll lead and execute the Rolling Stock Electrical Traction Project, ensuring QCD commitments are met in line with Project & COE & Traction Electrical requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Supply Chain), organize the project, build the project team, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the detailed planning from Notice to Proceed to end of Warranty, ensure strong Change & configuration management, and manage variation orders.

We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring commercial success and customer satisfaction, considering all stakeholders

Leading the RS Electrical Traction project to meet QCD objectives

Clear communication of deliverables and goals to internal & external stakeholders

Effective control of the budget and financial reporting

Identification and management of risks and opportunities

Contributing to continuous improvement actions and knowledge sharing

Graduate and Post Graduate in (Electrical/Mechanical) degree

Experience or understanding of Project Management (14-16 yrs preferred)

Knowledge of working with international teams

Familiarity with the rail industry's standards and practices

A PMP/IPMA certification (highly preferable)

Proven leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and motivational skills
