This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located in downtown Dallas at AT&T HQ. Relocation is not offered for this position.

Strategically analyze healthcare and other employee benefits and human resources data from diverse sources using advanced predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis, thereby driving informed decision-making and optimizing health plan performance.
What you'll do:
Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sets to solve a variety of health plan and employee benefits problems, predict behaviors, identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions.
Well-versed with Snowflake and Databricks environments and other healthcare data warehouses and data infrastructure. Data sources include but are not limited to internal sources, healthcare claims data, program engagement data, and other health plan and employee benefits resources.
Apply a range of advanced statistical methods to quantify data variances and use traditional modeling techniques to support decision-making.
Develop business cases and create complex models utilizing big data analytics tools (Ex- Tableau, Power BI AI Insights, Databricks, Snowflake) for modeling and process integration, and to make recommendations for improvements to processes, financials, business models, etc.
Build and test predictive models on various data samples and verify their accuracy in real-world scenarios (Ex- Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series).
Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports and charts, and advise strategic and operational partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions.
Advise the health plan team and other leadership stakeholders about patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.
5+ years of related experience, specifically in healthcare, employee benefits, and/or health insurance spaces.
Certification is required in some areas.

Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Our Lead Advanced Analytics jobs earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
