Title: Operations Manager

Overview: The Operations Manager will direct our day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, taking on duties that encompass scheduling, supervision.

Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:

Oversee and manage all Rental Operations

Manage all receiving and distribution operations

Track productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency

Train warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development

Coordinate and manage logistics

Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow

Approval of all subrental purchases

Create and submit all pull sheets and purchase orders

Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse

Enforce company policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience working in a similar warehouse environment

1-2 years’ experience supervising a team

Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plus

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to lift/and move up 70 lbs. regularly

Ability to maintain work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
