Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're investing heavily in a new product area: browser automation and document intelligence. You'll own this platform end-to-end - from architecture through shipping. This is not a maintenance role. It's 80% net-new build, with the chance to put your fingerprints on a product line that's already live with customers and growing fast.

You'll report directly to the CEO (we're flat), work closely with product and forward-deployed engineering, and selectively join customer calls when you're the subject-matter expert on something you've built.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

Own the browser automation and document intelligence platform from the ground up

Build and ship AI agents that handle complex insurance workflows across voice, chat, email, and SMS

Write production-grade TypeScript/React/Node.js - first PR to production in week one

Work cross-functionally with product and forward-deployed engineering teams

Join customer calls to demo features you've built and advise on technical implementation

Shape architecture and tooling decisions as one of the earliest engineers at a company scaling fast

Help define engineering best practices as we grow toward 30 people by end of year

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

4–8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with clear ownership and progression

The profile that fits best: someone already performing at a senior level, ready to make the jump to full end-to-end ownership and responsibility

Strong foundation from a reputable tech company or well-known startup - we value quality of experience over years

Proven ability to ship AI or LLM-based products in production - this is non-negotiable

Technical Skills

Proficient in a modern language; willingness to work in TypeScript/React/Node.js/Express (our stack)

Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based systems, agents, or AI workflows

PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience

AWS or cloud infrastructure experience is a plus, not a requirement

Academic Background

GPA 3.7+ preferred for candidates earlier in career - we may request a transcript

School prestige matters less than how you performed there; what we want to see is that you've pushed yourself
