We have multiple IST opportunities in Spain and are hiring Project Managers with proven experience of delivery in these sectors.
Job Description
SAP Procurement Management:
Prepare request for Purchase Requests (PR) from BU in required format
Prepare PO template for submission to processing departments and tracking till
PO issuance:
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) entries upon delivery of materials or services
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve PR issues
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements
Support quality assurance and safety documentation processes
Assist in document control and archiving at project close-out
Communication & Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams
Prepare procurement and asset reports for management review
Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant experiences
Able to work collaboratively in teams and well organised
Manage tight timeframes
