About the Roles
Assistant Project Manager (Fit-Out / A&A) based at Mandai Estate, this permanent position follows a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM). The role supports the delivery of office renovation, interior, and A&A projects from planning through completion, within a dynamic building and construction/manufacturing (furniture) environment. What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in the end-to-end delivery of office renovation, interior, and A&A projects from planning to completion
Develop project estimates, budgets, construction timelines, and execution plans based on client requirements
Support project execution strategies to ensure works are delivered on schedule and within budget
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site workers, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations
Liaise closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
Plan and allocate required manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site activities
Monitor site progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
Maintain accurate project documentation, site records, and progress updates
Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Perform other duties as required to support project completion
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry
Proven experience in office renovation, interior works, and A&A projects is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination
Ability to work independently while managing project timelines and priorities responsibly
Strong planning, problem-solving, and overall project coordination capabilities
