About the Roles

We are seeking an experienced Project Director in the Construction industry to be based in Jurong / islandwide, overseeing a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri 8.00am–6.00pm, Sat 8.00am–12.00pm). This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to $18,000 plus Variable Bonus, with strong exposure to large-scale commercial and industrial projects across multiple sites. The role offers a significant leadership opportunity for an individual who excels in managing complex project environments from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple construction projects from planning through to completion

Oversee project delivery performance, ensuring adherence to safety, cost, quality, and schedule targets

Coordinate and manage site operations across various project locations

Implement and enforce workplace safety management systems and procedures across all sites

Ensure full compliance with local authority requirements and construction regulations

Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve operational and site issues

Drive productivity improvements and maintain strict cost control across projects

Manage procurement planning and monitor subcontractor performance

Review master programmes, technical drawings, construction sequencing, and methodologies

Provide strong leadership, direction, and support to project teams

Drive quality management standards across all project sites

Prepare Q-write up for tender submissions and support tender processes

Present effectively during tender interviews with stakeholders

Act as Management Representative for ISO systems and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Proven experience delivering Commercial and Industrial construction projects

Strong background in construction project management, including multi-site project oversight

Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project controls

Experience with project leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management

Having own transport will be an added advantage
