Project Engineer (3bnEKZ)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join a precision engineering/manufacturing environment based at Penjuru Close. This is a permanent role with a structured 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8.00am–5.30pm), offering a competitive salary of up to $4,300 plus variable bonus. You will play a key part in managing projects from planning through execution, working closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with the Sales team and clients to define and clarify project requirements

Develop, update, and manage project schedules to support timely delivery

Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and quality standards

Supervise and support on-site activities to ensure operational efficiency

Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to address and resolve site-related issues

Ensure adherence to workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and company procedures

Track and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule

Identify, assess, and resolve potential delays, risks, and operational challenges

Prepare and submit progress updates and project documentation for management review

What We’re Looking For

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a relevant industry

Proficient in 2D AutoCAD and 3D design software

Holds a valid Class 3 driving licence
