Our client, a dynamic organisation in the utilities industry, is seeking a DCO Liaison Engineer to join their Asset Protection team. If you are passionate about ensuring the safe and compliant management of third-party activities impacting gas assets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Review and advise on third-party proposals affecting National Gas assets.

Foster relationships with developers of large-scale projects in proximity to our client's assets.

Influence the design of diversionary or connection works to mitigate planning constraints.

Manage external suppliers to safeguard gas assets and interests.

Coordinate responses across engineering, legal, and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What You Bring:

Experience: Proven track record in managing project portfolios and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge: Familiarity with pipeline maintenance, engineering principles, and consenting regimes, including DCOs and CPOs.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, balancing diverse objectives.

Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality data accuracy and documentation to support engineering decisions.
