Your job

As a Business Consultant / Analyst, you are at the heart of change, acting as the vital link between business and technology. You translate complex business needs into smart, practical and value-driven solutions, enabling the organisation to continuously improve and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving environment.

In this role, you take full ownership of end-to-end analysis and solution design, from identifying opportunities to delivering tangible outcomes. You thrive in a dynamic setting where you collaborate closely with stakeholders and work within Agile, multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful impact.

By combining strong analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset, you help shape solutions that not only solve today’s challenges but also align seamlessly with the broader, end-to-end process landscape. Your work ensures sustainable improvements, supports business transformation and contributes directly to delivering lasting value for the organisation.

Examples of your work include translating Credit Risk Requirements and business requirements into scalable, end‑to‑end solutions aligned with NextGen Lending, implementing regulatory changes, enabling data‑driven decision making, and simplifying processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Working environment

You work within the Credit Transformation Office (CTO), a dynamic and execution‑driven environment at the heart of Lending Transformation. The CTO is responsible for managing and delivering change initiatives across the entire credit lifecycle, including regulatory programs, process improvements, and NextGen Lending initiatives

Your profile

We are looking for a Business Consultant / Analyst who translates complex challenges into practical, value-driven solutions and takes ownership from analysis through to delivery. The ideal candidate connects effortlessly with stakeholders and teams, balancing local needs with end-to-end process alignment. Broadly deployable with a natural consultancy mindset is who your are.

Your profile:

Strong analytical thinking (analyzing data to support decision-making) with the ability to identify patterns and insights combined with strong consultancy skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Stakeholder management: able to align, influence, and challenge constructively

Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach

Ownership mindset: drives outcomes end-to-end and a strong ability to oversee and connect the full process chain from start to finish

Collaborative and effective within Agile, multidisciplinary teams

Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment leveraging knowledge of credit processes and risk management

We are offering

We offer a role with impact, where you contribute to improving efficiency, enabling change and delivering continuous value within a complex organizational landscape.

An attractive gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 6.066 – max Eur. 8.666) based on a 36 hour work week, including holiday allowance and a flexible benefit budget. A 40 hour work is also possible.
