What You'll Be Doing

Partner with the CFO, Controller, and business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic decision support

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

Develop and enhance financial models to improve decision-making and operational performance

Analyze profitability, working capital, cash flow, and cost-saving opportunities across the business

Prepare executive-level reporting for leadership, investors, and the Board

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending actionable solutions

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements

Support month-end and quarter-end financial analysis and special projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting experience

Manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Strong understanding of financial statements, operational finance, and business performance drivers

Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance leaders
