Pay Range

$82,000 - $90,000 per year or more

What You'll Do

As a Route Supervisor, you'll lead by example while supporting both customers and service team members throughout the South San Francisco area

Your responsibilities include:

Lead and Develop Your Team

Coach, train, and support route service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service

Foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment

Help improve route efficiency and daily operations

Partner with branch leadership to achieve operational goals

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Build long-term relationships with restaurant, hospitality, and commercial customers

Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Ensure customers receive reliable, high-quality service on every visit

Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that benefit customers. (Sales experience is a plus but not required.)

Oversee Route Operations

Manage service schedules and route performance

Complete preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform mechanical repairs after training

Deliver cleaning and sanitation products while educating customers on proper product usage

Monitor route performance and communicate results with branch leadership

Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency customer support

What We're Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their management career.

We're looking for someone who is:

Mechanically inclined or eager to learn technical skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

2–3 years of supervisory, team lead, or management experience preferred

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, logistics, food service, manufacturing, service operations, or similar industries is highly valued

Sales or account management experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

Lifting and transporting up to 70 pounds of cleaning chemicals

Working in a physically active environment, indoors and outdoors

Climbing stairs at customer locations

Driving throughout the South San Francisco service area

Working a typical 45–50-hour workweek, including overtime and occasional on-call responsibilities
