Brief Job Description
Designs and develops learning experiences that translate complextechnical and operational knowledge into clear, engaging, and effectivetraining programs. The role works closely with subject-matter experts, product,and engineering teams to identify learning needs, structure content, and buildcurricula that accelerate capability development at both individual andorganisational level. Requires 5+ years of instructional design experience,with a track record of delivering high-quality learning programs in technicalor fast-moving product environments.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher inInstructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field - orequivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
Identify learning needs withsubject-matter experts and stakeholders.
Design and structure curricula,courses, and learning materials.
Develop engaging content acrossformats (e-learning, video, guides, assessments).
Apply instructional designmodels and adult learning principles.
Measure learning effectivenessand iterate on programs.
Qualifications &Experience
5+ years of instructionaldesign experience.
Strong command of instructionaldesign methods (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
Experience with authoring toolsand modern learning technologies (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, LMSplatforms).
Ability to translate complextechnical topics into clear learning content.
Strong writing andcontent-structuring skills.
Nice to Have
Experience designing trainingfor technical or engineering audiences.
Familiarity with AI-assistedcontent creation tools.
Exposure to EdTech products.
