Aufgaben

Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Recruiting-Prozess (End-to-End) – von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung offener Positionen für mehrere Standorte

Enge Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Fachbereichen hinsichtlich Anforderungsprofilen, Auswahlprozessen und Marktgegebenheiten

Erstellung, Optimierung und zielgruppenspezifische Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen (intern und extern)

Aktive Direktansprache (Active Sourcing) über relevante Netzwerke und Plattformen sowie kontinuierlicher Aufbau nachhaltiger Talentpools

Planung und Durchführung strukturierter Auswahlverfahren

Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience entlang des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses

Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (z. B. Personalberatungen, Plattformen)

Definition und Steuerung relevanter Recruiting-KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des Recruiting-Funnels

Mitarbeit an Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Recruiting-Strategie

Marktbeobachtung und Ableitung innovativer Recruiting-Ansätze sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld (Blue- und White-Collar)

Fundierte Erfahrung im Active Sourcing sowie im Umgang mit modernen Recruiting-Tools und -Plattformen

Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Recruiting-Methoden

Ausgeprägte Interview- und Beratungskompetenz

Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

Hohe Service- und Kandidatenorientierung sowie professionelles Stakeholder-Management

Teamfähigkeit, Diskretion und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
