This position is initially for an 18-month limited contract and reports into the Talent Acquisition Lead for Germany & Austria, bis based at our Neuss head office (hybrid 2-3 days per week).

Role reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead – Germany & Austria
Location: Neuss, Germany (hybrid)
Contract: Fix-term contract for 1 year
What you will do
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for end-to-end hiring across Germany & Austria at Kenvue. The TAP works in a collaborative team, and you may also support other EMEA regions at times based on volumes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent pools
Lead end-to-end recruitment across Germany & Austria, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide creative solutions for sourcing and recruiting diverse talent
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
Drive employer branding initiatives in the region to strengthen Kenvue’s position as an employer of choice
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on talent availability, market trends, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with business partners to drive key people/talent initiatives
Implement talent strategies in collaboration with local leadership to enhance diverse talent pools
Partner with business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business outcomes
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
University degree in business administration or related field
Demonstrable experience of high performance in talent acquisition, with a track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of teams
Innovative thinking and challenging the status quo
Expertise in creating and applying strategic HR solutions
Strong talent management skills to develop sustainable talent pools
Understanding of internal and external business drivers for driving talent outcomes
Fluent in German and English
Desired Qualifications
Experience in hiring for Commercial and Manufacturing focused positions would be an advantage
Understanding of the FMCG/Consumer Health industry
Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to solve recruitment challenges
Experience with utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Continuous improvement mindset for enhancing HR effectiveness and efficiency
Proficiency in using data analytics for decision-making
