As a Human Resources Working Student, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks, employee support, data management, reporting, and HR projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic international beauty company.

THE ROLE

As our HR Working Student, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting daily HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical insight into HR processes within a global organization while collaborating with colleagues across different functions and countries.

You will be reporting to the HR Manager and you will manage:

Support personnel administration activities, including certificates, documentation, and employee records management.

Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation.

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Prepare HR reports and statistics.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Support the implementation and optimization of HR processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a proactive and detail-oriented individual, you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn. You combine strong organizational skills with a hands-on attitude and a passion for supporting people.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field (minimum third semester completed).

Initial experience in Human Resources is a plus.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Structured, accurate, and independent way of working.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.

Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop professionally.
