HomeServe Finance are looking for a Finance Director to shape the next phase of growth!

HomeServe Finance | London (with travel to Walsall)

£150,000 – £170,000 base + 40% bonus + 10% matched pension + family private medical + car or £10,000 cash allowance

This is a Board‑facing leadership role, lining in to the CEO, with full accountability for financial strategy, performance, and funding. You’ll play a critical role in scaling a regulated lending business - ensuring we have the financial discipline, insight, and capital structure to grow sustainably.

What you’ll deliver

Set and lead the financial strategy aligned to growth and risk appetite

Partner the CEO and Board on key commercial and strategic decisions

Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management

Strengthen financial controls, governance, and audit readiness

Lead the funding strategy, including structuring debt facilities

About You

What we’re looking for

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally in regulated or consumer finance

Strong track record in funding strategy, capital management, and financial control

Ability to operate at Board level and influence senior stakeholders

A pragmatic, hands‑on leader who can build high‑performing teams
