Your Purpose
As our Revenue Accountant, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of our revenue reporting environment, ensuring strong financial controls and delivering accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting. You'll take ownership of critical month-end processes, provide valuable analysis and insight to senior stakeholders, and help shape the future of our revenue accounting framework through innovation and process improvement. Working within our Financial Control team in Thame, you'll also have the opportunity to develop and coach a direct report while partnering with teams across the business to support growth, enhance reporting and drive operational excellence.
Your Strengths
We're looking for a qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant with 1–2 years' post-qualified experience, strong technical accounting knowledge and ideally experience in revenue recognition and reporting. You'll be a confident people manager with excellent Excel and data analysis skills, capable of working with large and complex datasets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Organised, proactive and resilient, you'll be comfortable managing competing deadlines, building strong stakeholder relationships and using your initiative to drive solutions and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
