Founder Associate Intern

About the Role

Working directly alongside the founding team, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering an outstanding experience for exceptional candidates and helping scale a talent platform that's redefining the $600B global recruiting industry.

This is an intensely in-person, full-immersion internship - you'll live and work alongside a small, high-output founding team in a shared hacker-house in San Francisco. Expect zero commute, tight feedback loops, and a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions have immediate, real-world impact.

What You'll Do

Work directly with founders on day-to-day operations, candidate experience, and growth initiatives

Manage end-to-end workflows connecting candidates with roles at top VC-backed startups

Communicate with candidates and startup clients across written and verbal channels

Own initiatives independently - identify problems, design solutions, and execute fast

Help optimize and automate recruiting and talent-matching processes

Contribute to shaping the culture and direction of an early-stage AI company

What We're Looking For

Required:

Willingness and enthusiasm to live and work in a hacker-house setup in San Francisco - strong culture fit is essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with founders, candidates, and startup clients

Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments (e.g. consulting, sales, startups, VC)

At least 3 months of prior internship or work experience

Comfortable working 6 long days per week and going all-in for the duration of the internship

A standout profile - e.g. strong academic record, notable projects, active GitHub, or exceptional extracurriculars

Experience in "hacky," scrappy, ownership-driven work environments

Nice to Have:

Prior experience collaborating in founder-led, high-velocity team settings
