YOUR IMPACT

You will help shape and lead our approach to client development for North America and across the globe.

You will focus on developing and delivering strategies that help guide both internal and external stakeholders down the marketing funnel. You will have a variety of responsibilities, from analytics to identifying clients, to coordinating outreach, to driving best practices in proposals, and tracking our performance across these steps. You will manage a small team focused on North America and will collaborate with our global Client Activation team.

Your work will help set the trajectory for the next S curve of the McKinsey Transformations (MT) practice. The opportunity for supporting clients with Transformation is huge. The world is undergoing more change, and organizations are experiencing more transformation pressure than ever before – you will help position the practice to help clients successfully navigate these challenges & opportunities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Advanced degree preferred

8+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience

Senior Presence and Toolkit: Demonstrated credible leadership, analytics, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

Strong Influencer with Collaborative Style: Ability to offer new ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively

Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze problems, make wise recommendations, and lead analysis and reporting of key metrics

Ability to Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust with colleagues across geographies, roles, and levels, and maintain a non-hierarchical approach with strong influencing capabilities

Entrepreneurial Energy and Commitment: Passion for taking on new challenges, with a commitment to the firm's mission and values

Strong Organizational and Process Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to high-quality results

Strong understanding of Client Activation toolkit

Outstanding Communication and Proactivity: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders
