State Farm - The Webb Agency is a local, small business in Plano, TX. We are professional, agile, and customer centric.

Are you someone who never meets a stranger? Are you able to turn casual conversation into lasting relationships? We are looking for a sales producer who thrives on building connections- whether that’s at a Chamber of Commerce event, a coffee shop, or on the phone with a new prospect. This role will be primarily in office turning inbound leads into clients, with time allotted during the week to go make new friends in our community. In both cases, we want your personality to shine.

No prior insurance experience is necessary for this role.

What you’ll do:

Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement

Reach out to previously quoted clients to re-engage and close

Handle inbound calls and leads, converting them into new policies

Create and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

Educate people on auto, home, and life insurance

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Follow up consistently – relationships take time to develop

What we are looking for:

A natural conversationalist

Self-motived individuals

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Organization to track conversations, take accurate notes within a CRM, and follow through on commitments to customers and teammates

Ability to apply a needs-based selling approach

Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

No insurance license required to apply – we’ll sponsor your licensing before your start date

What we offer:

Base salary + uncapped commission ranging from $65,000-$90,000 annually
