About this Position
The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply planning process, ensuring optimal product availability while balancing inventory levels, service targets, and cost efficiency. This role leads a team of supply planners, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
What you´ll do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planners to ensure high performance and capability building
Own the supply planning process, including production planning, inventory management, and replenishment strategies
Ensure product availability aligned with demand forecasts and customer service level agreements (SLAs)
Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing excess and obsolescence while avoiding stockouts
Collaborate closely with Demand Planning to align on forecasts and manage demand-supply gaps
Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure feasible and efficient supply plans
Identify risks and constraints in the supply chain and proactively implement mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, systems, and tools
Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) supply review meetings and provide insights for decision-making
Track and report key KPIs such as service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and plan adherence
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems (e.g., SAP/APO/IBP or equivalent)
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain roles
Proven experience leading or supervising teams
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and S&OP
Experience with ERP and planning systems
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
