Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Execute and support operational components of global compensation programs, ensuring data accuracy, system

compliance, and disciplined process execution across benchmarking, incentive, and cycle activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute survey data uploads, peer group setup, and benchmarking maintenance.

Support annual and mid-year compensation cycle execution in Workday.

Maintain data accuracy for bonus groups, eligibility controls, and job profiles.

Support financial tracking and reporting activities.

Assist with audit documentation and monitoring controls.

Execute recurring system validations and compliance checks.

Support vendor coordination and operational follow-ups.

Qualifications

REQUERIMENTS

1-2 Years

Basic knowledge of compensation

Ability to execute system transactions accurately (data uploads, validations, eligibility checks).

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset

Capability to perform structured data validations and reconciliation

Basic analytical problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines

Operates with autonomy within defined scope

Clear and professional communication skills
